How do time-limited releases and discounts work?

Time-limited releases and discounts will be pre-announced via our mailing list.

Time-limited editions will be sized based on the number of prints we sell during those 24 hours. Everyone who orders on the sale day gets a print. We will never re-print an edition, once it has been made available for a timed-release sale.

Discount codes are used at checkout and will only be usable for the announced duration.

When will I receive my item?

Items ship from the UK and usually take between 1-2 weeks to ship.

Arrival time should take between 1-2 weeks, including international deliveries.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll get an email from us when your order ships, with tracking information.

If your item takes longer than 3 weeks to arrive please email contact@sfbatchelor.store and we will get back to you within 2 days.

I need my art sooner than that...

If you need a faster delivery please email contact@sfbatchelor.store and we will discuss the options that can best suit your situation. Cost will increase based on the delivery speed.

Shipping and costs

Shipping within the UK is $10 and shipping outside is $20.

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries which then get passed to another delivery company when the item arrives at customs depending on the country.

If you are shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays

Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We can not and will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees.

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.

Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items

Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email contact@sfbatchelor.store to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. We’ll be in touch with next steps.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied, call or email us to arrange a return within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.

Customer Privacy

Information you provide to the store through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues.

Subscribers to The Store mailing list will only receive store or S.F.Batchelor related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time.

We’ll never, ever, ever sell or otherwise give out information to a third party.
